Our Services
Clinical services across the Isle of Man – honest about what we can do, and honest about what we can’t.
Event Medical Cover
Getting medical cover right for an event isn’t complicated – but it does require someone who knows what they’re doing. We’ll look at your event, your numbers, and the likely risks, and tell you what you actually need. Not the most impressive option, not the cheapest – the right one.
We can produce documentation for your event safety plan, liaise with licensing authorities if needed, and handle the clinical side so you can focus on running the event.
Events we cover
- Motorsport events and race days
- Music festivals and outdoor events
- Community and charity events
- Sporting competitions and fixtures
- Corporate and private events
- Film and TV productions
Every event package includes:
- Pre-event risk assessment
- Clinical team matched to your risk level
- Fully equipped response kit
- Incident documentation throughout
- Safety plan input if you need it
- Post-event debrief on request
Every package is built around your specific event. Get in touch and we’ll put something together that actually makes sense for what you’re doing.
This service works well for:
- Hospital appointments and outpatient attendance
- Discharge from hospital
- Inter-facility transfers
- Ongoing treatment runs – dialysis, oncology and similar
- Private medical appointments
We can accommodate patients who need oxygen, stretcher transport, or clinical monitoring on the way. The clinical needs of the journey determine who we send – not a standard template.
Patient Transport
There’s a gap between what a taxi can offer and what an emergency ambulance is for – and a lot of people fall into it. That’s what this service is for.
We provide transport for people who need clinical support on their journey – whether that’s monitoring, medication, or just having someone qualified in the vehicle who knows what to do if something changes. Done calmly, carefully, and with the patient at the centre of it.
Private Ambulance Services
For healthcare organisations, care homes, or individuals who need ambulance-level provision outside of what the statutory service covers – we can help. Fully equipped vehicles, qualified clinical crews, and a straightforward booking process.
We don’t overcomplicate it. If you need an ambulance and a clinical crew for a planned transfer or standby arrangement, get in touch and we’ll sort it.
This includes
- Planned and scheduled transfers
- Support for private healthcare facilities
- Standby ambulance provision
- Out-of-hours arrangements
Just ask – seriously
We get a lot of enquiries from people who aren’t quite sure whether what they need is patient transport, a private ambulance, or something in between. That’s fine – it’s not always obvious.
Give us a call or drop us a message and describe the situation. We’ll tell you honestly what service fits, what it involves, and what it costs. If we’re not the right answer, we’ll say that too.
Repatriation is suited to:
- Patients taken ill away from home who need to return to the island
- Individuals transferring from mainland UK facilities
- Families coordinating the return of a loved one
- Insurance-supported medical repatriation
- Healthcare-to-healthcare transfers across borders
Every repatriation is planned individually. We handle the logistics, paperwork, and clinical coordination – so the family can focus on the person, not the process.
Repatriation Services
Bringing someone home when they’ve been taken ill away from the island is a different kind of job. It’s not just a long patient transport – it requires careful planning, the right clinical oversight, and people who understand that for the family involved, this is an incredibly stressful time.
We coordinate the whole process – working with insurers, receiving facilities, and transport providers to make sure everything is in place before anyone moves. The goal is a safe, smooth journey home with as little additional stress as possible.
Not sure which service
you need?
Tell us what’s happening and we’ll point you in the right direction – even if that’s not towards us.
