For Organisations
From a first aid course for your team to a full clinical crew at your event – we’ll work with you to get it right.
We’re Pretty Flexible, Actually
Most organisations come to us with one of two problems. Either they need clinical cover for something specific – an event, a transfer, a training day – or they’ve realised they need someone reliable on a longer-term basis and don’t know where to start.
Both are fine. We don’t have a rigid service list that you have to fit yourself into. Tell us what you’re trying to do, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help and what that looks like.
We’re Isle of Man based, which means we’re not quoting from a UK office with a two-week lead time. We’re here, we know the island, and we can usually have a conversation the same day.
We’ve Worked With All Sorts
The Kind of Things
Organisations Ask Us For
Cover
Event & Operational Medical Cover
Clinical cover matched to what your event actually needs – not a one-size-fits-all package. We’ll look at your risk, your numbers, and your budget and give you an honest recommendation.
Training
First Aid Training
Delivered by clinicians who use these skills for real – not someone who did a train-the-trainer course last month. Practical, relevant, and actually useful when it counts.
Transport
Patient & Resident Transport
For facilities that need reliable clinical transport for patients or residents – appointments, discharges, transfers. Staffed to the clinical needs of the journey, not a standard template.
Equipment
First Aid Kit & Defibrillator Supply
We can supply, stock, and maintain first aid equipment for your premises. Whether you need a basic workplace kit or a full AED installation, we’ll sort it properly.
Ongoing
Longer-Term Arrangements
If you need us regularly – monthly training, seasonal event cover, an ongoing transport contract – we’d rather build a proper working relationship than quote you fresh each time.
Other
Something We Haven’t Listed?
Genuinely – just ask. We’d rather have a conversation and tell you we can’t help than have you assume we can’t before you’ve even picked up the phone.
First Aid Training That’s Actually Worth Doing
There’s a lot of first aid training out there that ticks the legal box and not much else. Ours is different – because it’s delivered by people who work in pre-hospital care, not people who read about it.
We run scenario-based sessions, we answer awkward questions honestly, and we don’t rush through the material to get to the certificate. The goal is that your team actually knows what to do – not just that they’ve sat through the course.
We come to you. We work around your schedule. And we keep group sizes sensible so people actually get hands-on time.
Courses we run
- Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ)
- First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ)
- Paediatric First Aid Level 3 (VTQ)
- Automated External Defibrillator Level 2 (VTQ)
- Sports First Aid Level 2 (VTQ)
- Tailored courses for specific workplace environments eg. Farming, equestrian, forestry and ACU motorsport to name just a few.
Training from people who do this for a living
- Delivered by active pre-hospital clinicians
- Scenario-based – you’ll practice, not just listen
- We come to your premises
- Sensible group sizes – everyone gets hands-on time
- Honest answers to the questions trainers usually dodge
- Certification on completion
We can accommodate groups of most sizes. Get in touch and we’ll put together something that actually works for your team.
Why a longer-term arrangement often makes more sense
If you’re running events regularly, managing a facility, or employing staff who need ongoing first aid training – booking on an ad hoc basis can get expensive and because we get booked up, we may not be able to guarantee we’ll be available for your company .
A planned arrangement means we know your setup, you know ours, and everything runs more smoothly. Pricing is usually better too.
No minimum commitment required to have the conversation – we’ll tell you whether it makes sense for your situation.
We’re Isle of Man based. Properly.
Not a UK based company with an IoM phone number. We live here, we work here, and when you call us you get one of the people who’ll actually be doing the job.
That matters more than it sounds – especially when something’s urgent, when you need a quick answer, or when you just want to talk to someone who knows the island as well as you do.
What does your organisation need?
Tell us what you’re working with – we’ll tell you honestly what we can do and what it looks like. No obligation, no hard sell.
